I’ve been teaching IB Maths for 9 years, mostly with students taking AA HL and AA SL. My lessons are quite structured: we work through weak spots topic by topic, then switch quickly into timed questions so exam technique improves alongside the maths. I also help with IA planning when students are stuck choosing a sensible idea. Functions, calculus and proof-style questions are usually where I do my best work.

Hi, I tutor IB Maths full-time and usually work with students who feel the course moves too fast in school. I teach both AI and AA, but I’m especially good at statistics, probability and anything with data handling because that’s where a lot of students quietly lose marks. Lessons are straightforward and practical. We go over the method, do a few questions together, then I get you doing them properly on your own.

I started out helping classmates with IB Maths and never really stopped. These days I mainly teach AA SL and AI SL, especially students who understand the topic in class but freeze when the question looks unfamiliar. I like taking one past-paper problem and pulling it apart slowly so you can see what the examiner is actually asking. I’m also happy to help with calculator use, notation, and all the little things schools sometimes rush through.
